As a member of the Team, Corporate, and Resort sales team I am responsible for assisting customers with their custom uniform orders from start to finish. I will work with clients to design their custom uniform using Photoshop and Illustrator to build mock-ups and final designs, then finalize size runs to meet minimum order quantities and place final orders in our order processing systems. I am also responsible for handling large corporate orders that include large quantities and customized logos. I will coordinate all embroidery with our third party embroiderer where we will continuously throughout the year have 10+ orders going at one time. When I started with the Spyder team I used my technological skills to optimize various processes including developing a system for managing our corporate product inventory using excel pivot tables and VLookup formulas, as well as using cloud technology to optimize our custom embroidery processes to ensure accuracy and speed up completion times.
