In My Own Words
I’m someone who’s always trying to make things better, whether that’s in the workplace, my community, or the environment around me. I’m fueled by a mix of creativity and a love for nature, and those two things shape how I approach both design and life in general.
I studied Graphic Communication at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, focusing on packaging design, and since then I’ve worked across design, print, and event production. I’ve been lucky to gain hands-on experience at places like Sun Bum, Tempo Communications, and most recently the Solento Surf Festival, where I’ve had a chance to design, coordinate, and create things that bring people together.
What really drives me is being part of projects that have purpose, whether that’s designing packaging that feels intentional, managing creative assets that tell a story, or helping bring an event to life from start to finish. I’m always looking to learn something new, take on the next challenge, and leave a positive mark wherever I can.
Work Experience
Event/Print Coordinator
Solento Surf Festival2025 – 2025
•Organize, proof, and prepare event files for print; coordinate with vendors and manage pickup of printed materials •Design signage and event collateral to support branding and onsite attendee experience •Assist in social media management by updating posts, responding to comments, and supporting overall Instagram engagement •Manage company email communications alongside personal account, responding to general inquiries and maintaining timely correspondence •Recruit and coordinate event staff, including developing and overseeing a shuttle transportation system •Support warehouse operations including packing, shipping, and product organization •Collect, organize, and manage digital assets (stills, video, and print) via Google Drive to ensure smooth event execution •Oversee festival operations day of and provide assistance where needed; not limited to: set up and pack down, tending to talent, replenishing stock, managing festival staff, assisting on-stage operations, distributing product to VIP’s
