• Coordinate and hire designers on need basis for new and upcoming products and services.
• Organize printing of new products and manage inventory.

• AASI Level 1 certified snowboard instructor.
• Supervise night time snowboard instructors, which includes organizing and delegating lessons, running instructor clinics and filling out adequate paperwork on lessons and instructors.
• Teach Level 1-3 lessons on all abilities of riding.
