•	Creative Director for an office organizing and supply catalog/e-commerce company
•	Responsible for all creative needs of the company including bi-monthly print catalog, two weekly email blasts,  website updates, and all other visual materials

Creative Director

•	Co-created the largest cycling, running, and triathlon consumer expo in the country
•	Grew the expo from the first year, 2010, having 60 vendors and 2,000 attendees in 20,000 sq. ft. to 150 vendors and 6,000 attendees in 50,000 sq. ft. this year
•	Acted as Creative and Marketing Director and executed the creative and marketing plans
•	Coordinated media relations and developed PR campaign
•	Developed all social media campaigns for the expos incorporating our vendors and sponsors as partners in  spreading the word about the event including our seminars
•	Coordinated Saturday night VIP events for sponsors, vendors, and other key influencers

Managing Partner

•	Built a full-service graphic design agency from startup to four employees, multiple freelancers and several interns han-dling local, regional, and national accounts
•	Directed creative and marketing campaigns for clients of all sizes across multiple industries including Utrecht Art Supply 
(National retail chain and manufacturer of art supplies), Ultimate Office (Office Solutions Manufacturer and cataloger), Pro Cycling Tour, Drexel University, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Philadelphia Triathlon (Organizers of Philly Tri, Iron-man Poconos, and the national female only SheRox Triathlon), USA Triathlon, and many others
•	Created, developed, and planned full-scale marketing campaigns that included advertising (print and web),  direct mail, emails (constant contact and traditional blasts), events and expos, PR, signage,  Social Media (facebook, twitter, youtube) and Sponsorships
•	Acted as Director of New Business Development and Sales to grow the client base of the studio through networking, 
attending events, client leads, and more
•	Creative services included content development, copywriting, marketing, photography, print design and web design

Principal

•	Increased ad sales by 40% both in number of ads and dollar amount by bringing in more national and regional advertisers to supplement our local ad base reaching a total ad sales of $350,000/yr.
•	Produced several event guides each year with major races in the region including Philly Tri that were incorporated into the issues as well as standalone guides for the USAT and the Valley Preferred Cycling Center
•	Handled all editorial content for the magazine and the website by coordinating with contributors, editors, writers,  as well as writing my own feature articles and product reviews
•	Handled all social media for the magazine using facebook and twitter
•	Created weekly email blasts

Publisher/Editor

•	Taught graduate courses in Design, Editorial, Marketing, Photography and Production for the Publications  Management Program in the Communications Department
•	Taught undergrad courses in communications and mass media for the Communications Program
•	Worked with students on finding and applying for internships and jobs

Adjunct Professor

•	Buyer for $7 million a year in paper/printing for 6+300+ page catalogs to dvd packaging to trade show signage
•	Worked directly with creative staff, marketing team, company president, and printing companies to see that  all projects were completed on-time and on-budget
•	Reduced the cost on all jobs, and the production time, 10-50% resulting in savings of over $2 million in my time there and reducing man hours as much as two weeks on larger projects
•	Ran in-house photography studio
