• Consolidate multiple manufacturing processes nationally and internationally with new suppliers cutting lead time and pricing by more than half • Manage several complex projects simultaneously and continually re-prioritize projects as needed • Work with a worldwide team to coordinate purchases for prototype and production orders • Update and monitor shared reporting documents for all teams using Google Doc’s and Google Drive • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to track vendor quality and performance • Request and process RMA, Duty fees, and Tariff charges in coordination with accounting department • Update PCBA and metal Contact Manufactures (CM’s) with ECO’s, specifications, and revised drawings • Work closely with engineering to answer any Engineering Questions (EQ’s) that the CM’s may have • Manage CM’s inventory by updating ERP system with lost, scraped or duplicate parts • Accurately purchase material based on MRP, lead time, location, vendor quotes, and historical pricing • Maintain parts database by adding, removing, and editing parts from ERP system • Solve shipping discrepancies with supplier i.e.: stuck in customs, wrong packing slip, lost shipment etc. • Quote new, existing and future parts for best price, lead time, and location for transit time • Coordinate Kanban and MRO purchases for production and shipping teams • Expedite and/or push out orders based on MRP or project deadline • Resolve any mistakes during the receiving process, such as, wrong PO and/or line received etc.

• Follow all ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), ISO, and AS9100 procedures • Organize and maintain intimate knowledge of Aerospace and Government engineering drawings • Quote and purchase using lean and six sigma manufacturing techniques • Analyze monthly reports and answer any purchasing questions during bi-weekly production meetings • Adhere to manufacture restrictions based on customers drawing • Review past dues purchase orders and contact suppliers for status

• Cycle counted the stores inventory for creating/revising purchase orders. • Created and maintained over 18,000 parts using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and managed over 150 vendors files/product knowledge. • Checked on Shipping/Returns/discrepancies and dispatching drivers for will call pick-ups. • Meet with vendors to analyze product lines and market trends to choose the best products for our customers/clients. Attended a week long trade show called World of Concrete.
