Project Manager

•	Created co-ed recreational Beach Ultimate league. I have grown it from 12 teams to 25 teams (132 people to over 500) plus a youth division, which has had 50+ kids
•	Emphasized equity and equality during games and through the league, by dictating an even ratio of M/F players on the field at all time and promoting fairness in competition
•	Submitted and won RFP to work with the City of Santa Monica to obtain permits, register teams with the city and insure the safety of our players
•	Due to the success of the league, I added a 2nd league in the spring, now in its 7th year
