* Redefined the EV accessory space by delivering an eco-system of adventure products and experiences shared quarterly with the CEO. Collaborated cross-functionally to streamline the end-to-end process across proposal, design, and manufacturing. * Aligned key stakeholders in the organization by identifying needs, desires, and expectations to deliver a clear product roadmap. * Guided the creation, manufacturing, and development of adventure soft-good and hard-good products for all electric vehicle lines.

Re-imagined the Pegasus 37 for adaptive athletes under Nike's FlyEase franchise and awarded the Shoe Dog Award for the design. * Led the design direction for the ACG Bags collection, Nike AirMax bag Innovation, Nike Woman's training Bags, Nike NSW Bags, Nike Basketball bag lines, Nike Signature athlete bag lines (Neymar, Kyrie Irving, Paul George), and for company collaborations (Sony Playstation, Nasa, Realtree, Vandal-A). * Reenvisioned the global football keeper's glove by creating an industry-defining glove based on human anatomy, with best-in-class range of motion, lightness, thinness, and sustainability. * Created Nike's first hiking backpack by conducting in-depth market research to apply insights in a very successful modular product.
