TheDrop.com is the first technology-driven, drop ship marketplace dedicated to streetwear, sneakers, and skateboarding. After developing our proprietary app, DAISI, our mission was to partner directly with brands/stores of all sizes and create a curated one-stop shop for the modern consumer at zero risk to the vendor. With the power of DAISI this is all achieved with a simple streamlined setup, real-time live syncing between vendor web store & TheDrop.com's platform, all while requiring minimal account maintenance. TheDrop enables their vendor partners to easily create a complementary sales channel to their existing web store, optimize marketing spend, increase brand visibility, and grow overall sales revenue. 

Just months after being founded in 2018, I was tapped to join TheDrop's team and head up their business development and use my knowledge, network, and expertise to strategically curate and grow TheDrop's brand offering. As with most startups, my role quickly expanded beyond solely business development and I was now tasked with "quarterbacking" our team across all departments: Business Development, Brand Relations, Marketing, Operations, and Technology. 

My responsibilities included:
- Discovering, qualifying, and acquiring new vendor partners from start to finish (incoming & outgoing)
- Maintain contact 200+ vendors as their sole liaison handling all issues, release updates, and strategy
- Work closely with all C-Suite executives daily and creating/developing company-wide operational procedures
- Heavily involved in all department and train new team members
- Weekly SWOT analysis to identify successes/problem areas to learn from and educated team
- Planned marketing strategies weekly including email, SMS, blog, social media, influencers, athletes
- Manage 100+ vendors' Shopify stores to ensure DAISI live sync compliance
- Handle new vendor onboarding from beginning to end including DAISI/Shopify Integration
