In 2019 I moved from Field Sales to Product Line Manger for Implus' Outdoor brands (Yaktrax, Sport-Brella, DyrGuy, Stabil, and Little Hotties). in 2021, after demonstrated success leading the Outdoor Brands, I was asked to take over Product Line Management for Balega Running Socks. As the PLM, I manage the innovation pipeline and retirement of expiring products. I am a key stakeholder in Brand Direction, Creative Direction, commercial partnerships, and financial analysis for the brand.

As a Project Management Consultant, my role is to support my client/project in cost, schedule, and performance. I built an Intergraded Master Schedule for multi-program collaboration using Microsoft Project. I designed a reporting package to facilitate project management, late tasks, critical tasks, and problem resolution.

Developed and sales dashboard for executives and sales managers. Designed sales reporting and metrics for monthly and quarterly sales reports.

Managed department work load volumes and staffing abilities, training. Managed inter department projects. Review, initiate, confirm, and deliver account transfers coming in to TD. Analyze daily production, provide feedback on process improvement, and assist with team organization.
