Owns and is accountable for the global alignment from all regions for asset management, demand planning, supply planning, and fiscal alignment for the Wolverine Brand Group apparel and accessories business. Primary responsibilities include: inventory optimization and metrics, on-hand sku optimization, forecasting, inventory procurement, and factory production management.

Created an e-commerce inventory management system from square one. Managed inventory, pricing, and movement of water sport hard goods across various online selling platforms. Built a customer base to the point where domestic and international clients were bulk-buying regularly. This lent to movement of approximately 75% of inventory ranging in date from current year at the time of employment to two decades old.
