• Own product development across all categories – from initial concept to pre-production evaluation and final QC. • Communicate directly with overseas vendors regarding development for all products. • Maintain WIPs and trackers to ensure cross-departmental visibility and efficient workflow. • Develop all trims with the trim supplier and liase with the factories when needed. • Collaborate with leadership for fabric and trim direction, design, tech pack, and sample review. • Provide guidance to design for tech pack revisions and CEO-driven requests.

• Led all development for LRG, Neff, and Russell Athletics, managing multiple SMU and seasonal calendars. • Negotiated factory costs to meet target margins, lowering the overall cost of styles. • Supervised direct reports and coached them on tech pack accuracy, vendor follow-up, and fitting requirements. • Directed fit sessions and implemented brand-specific sizing to ensure consistent garment quality. • Maintained detailed WIP reports, aligning all teams and improving transparency. • Spearheaded seasonal development by creating detailed BOMs, specs, and fit documentation. • Oversaw all daily correspondence with 10+ overseas vendors, ensuring alignment on costing, timelines, and quality, and enhancing supplier relationships. • Entered and managed POs using Full Circle ERP, ensuring system accuracy.
