Currently serving as Global Director of Digital Imagery at Liberated Brands (Volcom, RVCA, Billabong), I specialize in overseeing complex operations and aligning creative assets with brand strategy across global retail and wholesale platforms. From pioneering skateboarding footwear designs at DVS Shoes to leading massive end-to-end marketing projects at Liberated Brands, my career has been built on a foundation of creativity, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the action sports industry. • Directed the creation and delivery of marketing & sell-in assets for global brands (Volcom, RVCA, Billabong, Roxy, Quiksilver), producing content for 4,000+ SKUs per season across digital retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

• Streamlined content production workflows, implementing automation and offshore partnerships to increase output capacity while maintaining brand consistency.

• Played key role in the adoption of Elastic Suite & NuOrder as a B2B platforms, providing retailers like Nordstrom and Macy’s with on-brand, consumer-ready imagery to enhance sell-in.

• Set global standards for creative asset development, ensuring alignment between imagery, swatch libraries, and product details for cohesive marketing campaigns.

• Produced 200+ page seasonal catalogs and digital product guides, leveraging automated systems to reduce production time and enhance accuracy.

• Partnered cross-functionally with e-commerce, merchandising, and regional marketing teams to align content strategies with brand objectives and market needs.

Played key role in building out one of the Action Sports industry's leading B2B platforms (using the Elastic Suite platform) that utilizes Consumer Ready eCom imagery and assets in a B2B environment.

Maintain a Global Directive for all Studio Photography worldwide, which populates our worldwide eCom websites, Marketplaces, Retail Partners Sites, etc., with some of the best Photography in the industry.

Manage a highly skilled team of Production Artists, Photo Retouchers, Asset Managers, etc., in a manner that breeds efficiency.

Responsible for managing the creation of large scale, company wide sales and marketing product imagery & assets across multiple platforms including Volcom's B2B platform, consumer facing website, print catalogs, key retail partners, and more on a global level.

• Created the DVS brand in late 94' prior to it's official launch in 95' with limited means and little prior experience.
• Created all marketing collateral and product imagery.
• Managed to create timeless footwear that still sells today with limited means and little prior experience.
• Responsible for the design and development of the initial landmark shoes including the Tim Gavin, Daewon Song, Keenan Milton, and Sean Sheffey pro models.
• Created the DVS logo.
