•	Executed both At-Once sales and Pre-Booking sales for the brands within our portfolio with our Wholesale Accounts; in addition, generating and maintaining relationships through high-level servicing and strategic brand management with each account. 
•	The Agency was focused on Sales and Brand Management in the Wholesale Channel within the Snowsports and Outdoor Industry; contracted by multiple brands for territorial representation. 
•	Brand Portfolio: Sport Obermeyer, Head Winter Sports, Giro Sport Design- Snow, Seirus Innovations, Mountain Khakis, Chums Accessories, Fox River Socks, NIKWAX
•	Servicing and Strategic Brand Management included: Providing Marketing solutions, Information Processing, Sales-Staff Training, Store-Front Merchandising, Purchasing Consultation, Proficiencies in Communication
•	In addition, internal role to the agency included Administrative duties such as Cloud Management, Calendar Management, Salesman Sample Management 
•	Extensive knowledge of the Brand’s mission, history, internal system, and product line were required
•	Business Focuses included analyzing accounts’ year-to-year business with the individual brands from our portfolio that they carry, exposing areas within business that provide value and areas that do not provide value, generate sustainable economic growth in sales for both the account and the brand


•	Represented the Sales Agency and their brand portfolio for events and field jobs, requiring all-purpose types of work (e.g., on-mountain and field brand representation, product demos, product and technology consultation, account servicing)
•	Provided operational effectiveness and efficiency through flexible travel, high quality customer service, and acute event material management
•	Gained a larger knowledge base of the Outdoor and Snow Sports Industry and its dynamics, both on the business & sales aspects as well as the manufacturing technology aspects 


Tech Representative 

•	Led the Horseback Riding Activity, involved the caretake of a 20-horse herd with the responsibility of executing two trail rides a day on private property and national forest land with campers of ages 8-15 years old 
•	Managed and trained an 8 to 12-person team of counselor to execute the responsibilities and action items to produce a successful activity; criteria for success included the safety of all parties & participants, active problem solving, experiential learning, facilities maintenance, and the care of horse herd
•	Designed an education system for the activity (Trail Ride) based upon mindfulness, terrain-based learning, and various communication techniques; thus, intending to yield problem solving skills, emotional control, and environmental observation for the campers and counselors involved
•	Oversaw a cabin of 10 People, where I was Responsible for the well-being of the campers and other counselors living there for the 7-week Camp, tasked with a curriculum guide of Camp Life intending to help deliver the best experience for the campers


Camp Counsoler- Head of Stables

•	Co-Lead a cabin of 16 People (Ages 8-16), where I was Responsible for the well-being of the campers and other counselors living there for the 7-week Camp, tasked with a curriculum guide of Camp Life intending to help deliver the best experience for the campers
•	Assisted in the completion day-to-day activities, specialization in the Horseback Riding Activity
