Creative Director

Lead a team of creatives that help produce video and music content for YouTube, TVC, eCommerce, internal messages, and Sony library.

• Initiated a video series highlighting global divisions of Mattel to 	educate over 12,000 employees about in-house capabilities, leading to a cost savings of $300K per year.
• Collaborated with Global Communications Manager to redesign Global Quarterly Reports including messaging, tone, and content.
• Collaborated with Human Resources, to maximize employee education opportunities through the development and distribution of a video series showcasing inspirational and creative industry leaders.
• Partnered with Human Resources to help develop an internal Podcast series to connect employees to their colleagues through interviews exploring the creative process, inspirational motivation, and personal alignment with the company’s culture and values.

Managed a production team that was responsible for producing marketing content as well as in app content for nabi’s media needs.

• Provided mentorship and feedback to teams across the company.
• Built and scaled content production team of 25 creatives from video editors, sound designers, music composers, video and voice talent.
• Collaborated with Human Resources partners to produce content for employees and investors telling the story of nabi’s values and culture.
• Produced 300,000 audio assets, 10,000 educational videos for an educational application, Wings Learning System.
• Directed and produced TV commercials for marketing department that was played on Disney, Disney Jr, Nickelodeon, & Nick Jr.
• Created product photos and videos for online shop, social media,
and major eCommerce retailers such as; Target, Wal-Mart, and Amazon.
