Specializing in product design, development and sourcing of gloves and gear in Winter Sports, MTB, MX, Auto Racing, Tactical and Industrial industries. - Source potential clients, create proposals, contracts, design briefs and budgets. - Design, source and drive development of innovative products and ensure all aspects are ready to go live. - Create designs that fit with client goals, brand DNA, budgets and end user goals. - Manage long standing relationship with factory partners to ensure clients are receiving premium service.

- Create line plans, drive calendars and accurate product briefs to achieve all product goals. - Design all technical aspects of gear including materials, cut lines and fit. - Create, monitor and ensure all aspects of product drive calendar is on target and met. - Work closely with sponsored athletes, ambassadors and sales team to advance fit, finish and durability of products. - Monitor global competitors, benchmark products and follow market trends through trade shows, shop visits, race events, social media as well as personally testing.

- Design and develop gloves primarily for technical categories such as Winter Sports and MTB. - Monitor and ensure all production and material MOQ's are being used with budget goals in mind. - Present lines during international sales meetings to global distributors and regional reps. - Collaborate with material suppliers and factories to advance new product concepts.
