Sprockids is an instructional program designed to engage young people, ages 5 to 18 years, in mountain biking. Cycling provides a positive focus for youth, develops self-esteem, provides kids with a strong sense of community, and introduces them to a healthy active lifestyle. The program teaches off-road skills through drills, games, and fun activities; while tracking individual progress. Sprockids leaves no kid on the sidelines, cyclists of all abilities are celebrated and invited to participate.

I have 14 of service spread across many disciplines that span from helicopter search and rescue to Naval Special Warfare. In these disciplines, I have held roles including: -Program Management -Project Management -Research, Development, Testing, & Evaluation (RTD&E) -Instructing -Train-the-Trainer -Curriculum Development -Compliance Evaluation -Quality Assurance -Maintenance across many aircraft platforms -Cross-Service and Multi-National Liaison -Strategic Planing -Operations -Customer Service -Cross-Functional Team Leadership -Forging highly capable teams
