I'm a fashion professional with a passion for product — the story it tells, the trends that shape it, and the customer insights that bring it to life.

My background blends years of client-facing experience in wholesale and luxury retail with hands-on work in styling, trend research, merchandising, and sales analysis.

Most recently, I worked as the West Coast Sales Representative for Saint James, managing multi-state accounts, styling product assortments, and collaborating with international teams to support product launches and market strategy.

Before that, I spent several years at Nordstrom in both emerging designer management and sales, where I deepened my knowledge of materials, brand storytelling, and what drives customer connection.

Now, I'm eager to take that product-focused mindset behind the scenes — supporting product development, merchandising, or buying teams that are building thoughtful, trend-driven assortments.

- Market Expansion: Explore and assess opportunities for market expansion within the West Coast region. This includes identifying new cities or areas with potential for brand growth and strategizing entry or expansion efforts.

- Product Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and customers on the brand's products. Use this feedback to make recommendations for product improvements, expansions, or modifications to better suit the market's needs.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including boutique owners, department stores, and other retail partners. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services offered.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the West Coast market. This involves setting sales goals, identifying key growth areas, and devising tactics to achieve these objectives.

Shop Manager - Retail Development

Representing and overseeing over 30 emerging and established brands in a designer retail section. I work with our corporate team to track and predict what brands are appealing to our customer, and whether brands should be graduated to other sectors of the store or exchanged with a new label.

I personally research every brand on my floor, in order to be a nexus for our employees to better connect with their customers and introduce them to these labels. I merchandise our floor to showcase newer collections and product launches, and use social media to create content with our brands.
