Oversaw and managed the full product development cycle for Lisa Bayne, private label for Artful Home. Owned the prototype sampling and fitting process, ensuring accuracy in materials, construction and execution. As the Design Director of a global team, I spearhead the creating of
product for a heritage brand with a strong culture and ethos. Rooted in
Himalayan heritage while still grounded in the outdoor market, I establish 
standards and processes to produce consistent, high-quality results while
