• Responsibility to manage retailer/distributor orders daily by being the key link in communication with sales reps/customers for any order/shipping/inventory questions
• Work closely with production and shipping departments to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time. Ensure from time of receipt to delivery, that all aspects of orders are completed in a timely manner by coordinating and following up with all necessary departments
• Responsible for order entry, item set-up, and all requests pertaining to a purchase order. Accurate tracking and reporting of work order status and making sure orders ship without chargebacks and/or expense off-sets on time
• Regular review of vendor manuals and communication with sales rep to clarify any potential issues. Concise and professional communications with inside teams and outside contractor

• Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company profits and process
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service functions such as receive and enter all customer post sale orders and credit memos, communicate with customers regarding order status, track and follow up with customer through rapport, confirmation of orders, and/or other issues as they arise
• Cross function with the departments such as finance, clinical, technical support, logistics and inside/outside sales to provide complete department coverage



Client Service Associate

• Liaison between sales team and retail stores. Coordinate purchase order agreements through electronic data interchange with branch majors such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barney’s New York, and Neiman Marcus and provide status of any pending purchase orders 
• Prepare documents for entering and processing purchase orders, customize ticketing accommodations according to retailer, and organize any custom lab work documentation as requested by retailer
• Structure and arrange all specialty trunk shows for demo purposes; allocate inventory for approved and/or pending purchase orders, and coordinate entire repair program between retail stores and clients


 


Logistics Coordinator

• Assist RX/Dealer Services to place new vendor orders, returns, warranty notifications, and general questions 
• Resolves problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment and expertise, and appropriate partnerships with field/stores resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist all Spanish consumers with placing orders on the Oakley and Oakley Vault websites, warranty notifications and general questions
