Initially hired as an administrative assistant, I was quickly promoted to the role of Project Manager. For over 5 years, I successfully managing fast-paced, dynamic projects, often overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. These projects primarily consisted of teleconferences, webcasts and live, in-person programs for international pharmaceutical companies. These programs ranged from one-on-one meetings, all the way up to large-scale speaker training events serving hundreds of attendees. For each event, I managed project timelines, made travel arrangements, monitored budgets, ordered and shipped meeting materials, processed payments, entered data into Microsoft Excel or online systems, and provided excellent overall customer service from start to finish.
