Education. Training. Development, Skateboarding. Finding talent can often be a struggle in this industry driven by Passion, and individualism. Action Sports have no shortage of Diamonds in the rough, but who is there to properly mold them, and harvest their potential, once they are off the board? I spent the last decade working with Professors and educators on strategies to best engage their students. I trained them on the latest software and tools to assess knowledge and build attractive learning environments While working in Higher ed, I&#39;ve maintained my alter identity in the local skateboard scene as a brand owner, and mentor working directly with the youth, some of which are students of the same faculty I help in my day Job. What that does is build connections. A bridge between worlds that do not normally interact with each other on a peer-to-peer level. My hope is to be able to bring my unique skill set to the action sports industry to provide high-level training, learning, and mentorship to an industry I love. I want to Enable our community with the ability to acquire the skills to succeed off the board. From soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. To hard skills like point of sales, inventory management, and production. Please look to me to help design, implement, and improve your team development. I want to harvest the raw talent, drive and ambition, we all have as athletes and funnel that energy into roles behind the scenes. I am available, for Lectures, Webinars, and Consultations.

The learning Technologist; Operates a variety of computer platforms, operating systems, and software as well as peripheral equipment.  Create job aids, screencasts, and other learning objects. Design technology training and pedagogy seminars, including repurposing existing training, updating training materials, and rewriting training guides. Assist faculty with adopting, implementing and using technology

The Technology Specialist assists in the implementation and maintenance of programs and services supporting learning technologies. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing equipment and software such as mobile devices and apps use to support learning technology programs. The Instructional Technology Specialist creates documentation, job aids, and training materials to support student and faculty use of learning technologies.

Greeting. Assisting customers on selections. Informing costumers of latest technologies, constructions, and materials of all Footwear, apparel and Pro Shop Items. Keeping Store space neat and clean

Sales Associate

Responsible for Merchandise and Video Graphics and Special Effects: worked on various projects music videos, special events, photo shots, logos, flyers, business cards, special events and T-shirt designs; Photographing and recording weddings, concerts, commercials and other promotional events

Graphic Designer and Camera

Educate teenagers ages 12-18 the technical aspects of SLR Photography, including studio setup, and lighting; Students were taught in the basics of digital editing and studio practice

Created motion graphics for special events, school functions and digital signage; created live graphic overlay: shot live video broadcasts and webcasts: Recorded and edited videos and sound for University projects which included graduations, orientations, sporting events, meetings, workshops, and etc.
