With 14 years of marketing experience, I’m seeking a new leadership position that will allow me to use my experience in retail merchandising, product marketing, and strong understanding of product segmentation, that will give me the ability to build a strong strategic plan to meet KPI’s, while leading a positive team environment.

US Business Unit Director (Reebok)

-	Responsible for creation of the strategic direction of assortment plans for Key Regional SPB Accounts (Urban Outfitters, Journeys, KITH, and Shoe Palace etc.) Specifically focused on performance and Original Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s Footwear & Apparel business that drove profitability and achievement of the Global business strategy.
-	Managed a total 111.4m business that included Men’s, Women’s, and Kids footwear & apparel business.
-	Responsible for leading and influencing a cross-functional team with two regional sales directors, one US sales director and 10 sales reps that are responsible for over 300 accounts and 1200 doors within the U.S. 
-	Leveraged business analytics tools to create best practice forecasting programs that drive business performance and created long term sku efficiency strategies with key accounts & product marketing teams, which decreased sku’s but increased profit.
-	Collaborated with product marketing & design teams to ensure commercial product is available

Sr. CTC Fashion Merchandise Manager

-	Responsible for merchandising strategy for Foot Locker and Kid’s Foot Locker that specifically focused on increasing profitability for all strategic product groups.
-	Managed a 29.3m business with Men’s & Kid’s footwear/apparel business. 
-	Managed consumer facing A-standard instore brand strategy for over 200 Foot Locker locations.
-	Collaborated with product marketing & design teams to ensure commercial product was available in seasonal assortments.
