Business Development Strategist

As Apparel Product Manager-Buyer I handled all aspects of the product life cycle from forecasting to final markdowns for 40+ categories, from 80+ vendors across 3 distinct seasons to keep 30+ stores stocked with the good stuff.
Collaborate with other departments on a variety of topics; execute promotions & marketing initiatives, resolve accounting errors, mis-ships and RTVs with vendors, etc.

Notable accomplishments;
* 4 consecutive years of double digit margin dollar growth for all combined apparel categories managed.
* Doubled revenue, margin dollars, and improved turns for the entire winter apparel category.
* Developed a successful custom/exclusive jersey assortment, that included the #1 selling jersey consecutive years.


Apparel Product Manager/Buyer

This role was in addition to my core position responsibilities as a Store Manager & Apparel Product Manager

Plan, coordinate, and lead a multi-day company training event for 140- 175 employees.

Emphasis on;
Building employees knowledge of, and experience using products carried in stores.
Team building and promoting company culture.

- Create a event schedule to accommodate & accomplish multiple targets.
- Plan, and coordinate lodging, meals, and event schedule with resort venue.
- Coordinate event schedule, demo equipment, class content, raffle prizes, and bar/meal sponsorship with partner vendors.
