For San Diego Hat Co, I work in their Customer Service Dept. On the daily, I answer the phones, respond to emails from retail or wholesale customers, and enter wholesale orders. As I dove deeper into my position and with my manager leaving on maternity leave, I was given multiple responsibilities within the first two months. My responsibilities include: dropships(such as, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, & Lord & Taylor), entering wholesale orders, investigating open orders, and managing our current wholesale accounts. I also assist our National Account managers and Design Team to send out samples to the appropriate buyers. As well as working with our wholesale accounts, I also frequently keep in contact with our Sales Representatives that work in different territories. I have also traveled to Project Magic tradeShow to assist our National Account Manager in managing our booth there and helping customers become knowledgeable on our product. In regards to retail customers, I work with our warehouse team to make sure we're sending out the correct product if there are mishaps and keep track of our "Info" email to assist customers in any regard I can. Accomplishments/ Certificates ? I was the employee of the Month within the first month of working at Sun Diego. ? I reached the "100k Party" twice since I've worked at SunDiego, which is a celebration for the sales associates/ key holders who sell 100k+ within a year span. My first year I sold 118k and my second year I sold 184k. ? I was promoted to a key holder position within a year of working with SunDiego ? I am a Reiki I and II Practitioner
