•	Oversee and manage the inline design department that is responsible for the design of all global apparel lines. 
•	Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports.  Set standards for expectations and execution.  Create individual development plans and accountability process. 
•	Establish standardized procedures, processes, templates, and requirements for each stage of product creation

•	Responsible for the creation and execution of an evolving design aesthetic that encompasses 200+ products seasonally.

•	Design, development, and product line management of off-calendar promotional merchandise. 
•	Designing apparel, on-product graphics, trims, brand image and direction, and merchandising tools.  
•	Maintaining and applying seasonal color palettes and color stories.

•	Built, developed, and managed all aspects of design, image, marketing, web, sponsor relations, and rider development.  
•	Team achievements include: multiple National Champion Titles, Master World Champion, and participation in Mountain Bike World Championships.
