<p>Manager of Executive Support and Executive Assistant with five+ years experience to Amy Zupon, CEO of Vertafore in Denver, Colorado. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Sports Management Emphasis from the University of Colorado, Minor in Communications. •Assist Amy Zupon, CEO in day-to-day administrative needs
•Fully maintain executive’s schedules by accommodating constantly shifting meeting priorities, crafting calendar invitations, booking appropriate meeting locations or setting up audio or video communications 
•Support large team meetings and events, both in the office and at various offsite locations, by planning timelines, reserving meeting space, setting up IT, and providing catering or other refreshments 
•Utilize Concur to book and maintain airfare and hotel reservations, on behalf of executives or business guests, as well as submit expense reports
•Manage a team of two other Executive Assistants, supporting 7-9 executives between us at all times
•Schedule, manage and host full-day customer briefings through our Customer Briefing Program
•Work with external travel agents to plan and execute annual sales club trip, typically out of the country for 60-100 guests
•Plan, execute and manage all customer meetings at annual user conference, typically hosting 50+ meetings across two days

•	Effectively support full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks, and closing qualified candidates as assigned by Recruiting Manager
•	Keep hiring managers up to date throughout the process, and over time, building credible and collaborative relationships
•	Reports all recruiting activities (current open requisitions, requisitions pending director approval, potential candidates, hired candidates, etc.) weekly to Recruiting Manager


Corporate Recruiter 

•	Responsible for 32 Oakley accounts across the Denver area 
•	Merchandises store displays of Oakley eyewear and apparel
•	Trains retail store associates on product technology 


Oakley Retail Intelligence Agent 

•	Leads teammates on carrying out daily operations 
•	Responsible for merchandising and stocking product
•	Ensures the proper execution of in-store promotions and new product releases
•	Recruiting and training of new associates and management members 
•	Immerses customers in product and brand knowledge
