Ecommerce Manager

Marketing & Sales

• Establish/maintain online brand marketplace for three brands. Responsible for assortment, sales goals and analytics to maximize Brand visibility
• Exceeded first year of goals by 24%, currently 156% up against 2019 goals.
• Manage Key Ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, DSG, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Walmart.com, Sportsman's Warehouse and Tackle Warehouse; planning online business, product placement, promotions and specific growth plans. • Work with all wholesale/ecommerce National Key Accounts such as Amazon, Backcountry, Zappos, Rue La La, Zulily, Shoebuy.com and Ebags handling/selling $10M+ in business yearly.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing team to make decisions and implement Marketing plans with all accounts
• Collaborate and train Spyder EU team on Amazon vendor central/order maintenance

• Manage Dealer Services Representative on team
• Managed all aspects of accounts including MAP execution, inventory, order fill rates, project management, forecasting and business analysis
•	Participated in setting up, merchandising and working trade shows with KA group/KA customers
