Digital Merchandising Coordinator

A Digital Merchandiser looking to continue her career in the West. 

Drive site and product merchandising strategy across Darkside's site - making and updating daily and weekly changes to all category pages. 
Develop, evolve and execute business processes to support the business including leveraging website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, product placements and general online shopping experiences to help identify business opportunities and risks. 
Ensure product taxonomy, navigation and redirects executed flawlessly on the site. 
Update product catalog and set up for all product launches i.e: product categorization, product detail set up, updating and removing product badges, uploading product copy and imagery and all site merchandising. 
Work with merchandising to implement site merchandising for all social shop pages and product change/swaps: Instagram Shopping, and Facebook. 
Test linking functionality across site ahead of all launches. 
Possess a highly cross functional view of site and email/social posts, to make proactive product updates accordingly - working with merchandising and marketing to execute.

Worked within the Managed Services department (SEO, Creative, DA, Social, and SEM), as a member of the Ford Direct team. 
Supported numerous digital and software solution programs for Ford and Lincoln automotive dealers. 
CRM and dealership requests were organized and assigned via Salesforce. I worked regularly with computer programing and custom code (HTML & CSS) to publish monthly and quarterly website updates, digital assets and campaigns.

Digital Campaign Specialist

Retail Sales & Visual Merchandising
