I have over 18 years of experience as a creative director and product developer in the apparel and accessories industry, where I have led and executed innovative and relevant design solutions for multiple brands. I have a passion for fashion, art, and sustainability, and I strive to create products that reflect these values and resonate with the customers.

As the Product Development Director at Chums, Inc., I oversee the entire product life cycle, from market research and ideation to production and quality control. I work with a diverse and talented team of designers, developers, and manufacturers, and I maintain strong relationships with our partners across the globe. I also leverage my advanced knowledge of Centric Software, a PLM software solution, to optimize and streamline the product development process. Director of Product Development

Product Development and Designer for multiple brand accessories, including Carhartt, Browning and Huk.  Focus: leather goods, non-leather goods, and other materials. 
-Perform market research to conceive of new and relevant product ideation. 
-Responsible for new comprehensive product collections bi-annually.
-Generate and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure a timely delivery of new products from the concept phase through the first production run.
-Enhanced communication skills: working with factories in multiple countries.

Senior Product Developer / Designer -Accessories

Production Manager: Daily communication with vendors and manufacturers to develop and maintain strict production timelines. Regular overseas travel to various factory destinations to personally oversee production and quality control , and to maintain optimal working relationships with manufacturing partners. 
Technical Designer specializing in active apparel that uses a specialized seamless compression technology. 
Responsible for all marketing: including the development and design of weekly promotional emails and all social media content.

Trend forecasting for seasonal collections. Initial design concepts and sketches to a final product that has boosted product sales leading to increased annual buys. Comprehensive tech pack completion. Responsible for all garment fittings and fit models. Responsible for all production coordination and management in an overseas factory setting.
