• In addition to my responsibilities within the ski, snowboard, and MTB communities, I was assigned oversight of Sea-Doo’s marketing partnerships, applying the same strategic approach to growing visibility while aligning with brand goals

• Created and supervised all BU marketing and revenue driving strategies, with a budget exceeding $1.5M across 30+ products
 o Achieved a 25% boost in email revenue, bolstered site traffic via email by 21%, while elevating direct traffic by 19%, and spearheaded a surge in site traffic from social media by 237% within first 5 months
 o Boosted our social media following by 26% and expanded our customer database by 37.5% over 12 months

Senior Marketing Manager

Work with Mammoth’s parent company, Alterra Mountain Company, to execute sponsorship deliverables to drive bottom line growth.

Responsibilities include:
• Contract negotiation, agreement, and fulfillment of 4 athletes and 20 resort partners over two mountains (Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain)
• Management of on-site activations, documentation and execution of deliverables, branding, in-kind product, promotions, and cooperative marketing programs for each partner
• Provide detailed end-of-season recap decks to each sponsor
• Develop social media campaigns, track sponsor posts, and assist with Instagram Story rollout during events
• Facilitate film and photo shoot organization, coordination, and provide on-site support
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, outside vendors, and sponsors to ensure that we overdeliver on contractual agreements

Oversee the creation, planning, and activation of 2019 and 2020 US Grand Prix sponsor village and Mammoth's 2020 Oakley Week.

Sponsorship Manager

Serviced and attracted customers by helping select products from Burton, Analog, and Anon product lines. Provided support for order and warranty concerns via phone, email, online chat, Apple FaceTime, and text. Answered 250+ emails and 150+ calls weekly while maintaining an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.8/5. Assisted with streamlining US and Canadian returns. Compiled phone, live chat, and text statistics for weekly reports to be presented to the entire Direct-to-Consumer department. Bolstered department performance by developing more efficient departmental procedures. Implemented and managed scheduling system for 14 Guides and reception coverage. Redesigned, launched, and executed a new three-week seasonal hire training schedule. Expressed the voice of the Burton end-user for internal teams to deliver enhanced customer experience. Utilized SAP, ZenDesk, Salesforce, Kount, NoFraud, Yotpo, PLM, and Cardinal software programs.

2018 Burton US Open Digital Content Manager: Built and deployed all content to the US Open app and events website during the US Open using Greencopper GoManager and Wagtail. Provided photography content to creative and media team.

Guide

Helped create energy and excitement around Apple products, provided the right solutions for customers and got the products into their hands. Was the first person customers met when entering the store and the person who guided them — advising, selling, and setting up their new products. Lead Student Life Advisor and Photographer

Buttermilk built is famous for hosting the ESPN Winter X Games through 2019 and being voted #1 by Transworld Snowboarding Magazine Reader’s Poll for Best Park and Pipe four out of the last five years.

Performed morning set-up, daily maintenance, and end-of-day sweep and tear-down of the Terrain Parks. This includes feature inspection and maintenance, reporting injuries to ski patrol, assisting at and securing accident scenes, special event set-up and tear-down (Winter X Games, Aspen Freeskiing Open, Red Bull Double Pipe, Buttermilk Rail Jam, Red Bull Performance Snow Camp, and the Aspen 2014-2015 Mind Body Spirit Ad Campaign/Highlands Jump Shoot), and maintaining guest relations within the Terrain Park.

Buttermilk Terrain Park Crew

Assisted guests with all aspects of the rental process including providing information, selling all demo, sport school and ticket products, taking deposits, up-selling retail items, issuing demo equipment, fitting boots, skis, boards, and bindings. Performed maintenance on rental equipment including fixing boots, waxing skis and snowboards, tuning, and repairs.

Demo Shop Technician and Cashier

Assisted in field production of video for television and education. Provided camera assist, lighting and grip help, audio monitoring, talent supervision, digital transfers, and second camera (Canon XF305).

Production Assistant

Assisted guests with all aspects of the rental process including providing information, selling all rental, sport school and ticket products, taking deposits, up-selling retail items, issuing rental equipment, fitting boots, skis, boards, and bindings. Performed maintenance on rental equipment including fixing boots, waxing skis and snowboards, tuning, and repairs.

Within a month of working in the rental shop I was promoted to work in the demo shop, which housed top of the line equipment from the 2012-2013 season from eleven top manufacturers. I was responsible for knowledge of all aspects of our demo skis, snowboards, and boots. I was trained in the servicing of multiple models of Tyrolia, Marker, Salomon, Rossignol, and Nordica ski bindings.

Rental/Demo Shop Technician and Cashier

Noise created and marketed new products, businesses, brands, and programs for the young adult market. They specialize in digital product development. In November 2014 Noise joined forces with Deep Focus agency and adopted their name.

Organized marketing projects, managed and tracked individual tasks for Vitaminwater, Six Flags, Panasonic, and JP Morgan. Researched clients’ social media web sites for event opportunities. Assessed client needs and risks in conjunction with various marketing projects.

Intern/Project Coordinator

Gave tours to groups, ranging from five to 180, of numerous sound stages and sets of TV series or film productions in town. Provided exceptional customer service and answering a variety of guest inquiries.

Tour Guide

Selected from over 80 applicants to assist incoming students, transfer students, and their parents in adjusting to college life through summer orientation, classroom lectures, and mentoring through their first year of their collegiate career. Coordinated preparation and planning for over 3,000 incoming students. Guided new students in selecting courses that would most benefit their education.
