Hello, my name is Luke Allen I have been working in the ski/sports industry for over 14 years. I have held numerous jobs from a rental technician to coaching the Norwegian Freeski Olympic Team. I have since reached my goals in my coaching career and now it is time for new challenges.

Rocky Mountain Underground2008 – Present
At RMU I coordinated and participated in promotional activities and trade shows, working with engineers, advertisers, and production managers to market products and services. Formulate and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products. Identify, develop, and evaluate a marketing strategy, based on my knowledge of the ski market. Use Social Networking to promote athletes and Rocky Mountain Underground alike. Now I sit on the board and assist with companywide decisions. Over the last 11 years we have built RMU into a successful business, and now we have expanded into a twelve-month outdoor brand. Manufacturing skis, packs and other outdoor related gear. We have also opened a flagship store in Breckenridge with a new location set to open in Whistler in December 2019.

Head Freeski Coach
WIndells Camp / HCSC / Wy'East Mountain Academy2011 – 2012
At Windells Camp I was the Head Ski Coach and Ski Camp Manager. I oversaw hiring all ski coaches for the camp, managing the on-hill coaching, activities, group assignments, first responder for injuries sustained on-hill, and maintaining synergy between the coaches and campers during the sessions. During any given session I would be overseeing up to thirteen coaches and up to one hundred and ten campers. During my time at WIndells the camp was very successful, and we had great camper feedback about the coaches and our program.
