Being part of the team in the early stages of the business has acquired me to wear many hats and assist where needed. Assisting in the opening of the first two locations on the island. I Joined the team as a Stylist at a concession. I quickly moved up to Floor Manager and Visual Merchandiser at the first ALLSAINTS standalone store. Working at J.Crew has expanded my customer service, clientele, being comfortable working with all age groups, and taught me a lot about drawing attention to detail. -I was head of all merchandising; shipping/receiving and visual aspects of the store -Working with sales associates to improve KPI’s and customer service..
