* Responsible for merchandise department P&L management on a monthly and yearly basis as well as monthly forecasting

* Assisted Buying department with sell through and sales trends reporting as well as assortment planning for each event
*Sales and merchandise reporting such as sell thru's, sales by style/category, sales by location and performance

Managed the souvenir program sales business to customers and hospitality areas at 25+ events per year at 12 motorsports venues.
Duties included:
* Developed creative marketing and promotion strategies by working directly with corporate business partners to incorporate programs sales with each hospitality area purchase
* Created yearly revenue and operations budgets for the souvenir program portion of the business
* Reported sales and trends for each event throughout the fiscal year, showing the strengths and weaknesses of the souvenir program business
*Allocation, replenishment, initial buying/ordering and all delivery information for souvenir programs to be sold at each event


Souvenir Program Sales Manager

Served as the merchandise warehouse and traveling event supervisor for six full time employees.
Duties included:
*supervised all main warehouse operations including: shipping, receiving, physical allocation/merchandise staging, inventory control and cycle counts
*served as event traveling supervisor to all warehouse personnel during event time.
