Original print design from hand drawn & digital methods. • Generate a Concept & Direction for Each Collection • Design of prints for women’s woven tops & dresses in a cohesive collection • Creation of Worksheets for Artwork, for Scale, Placement, Pantone Colors • Corresponding with Factories, Mills, Print Houses (domestic & overseas) • Fabric Development & Print Creation; Approval of Strike Offs, Lab Dips • Screen printing & Heat Transfer Set-Up & Execution

• Design of Woven and knit tops and bottoms in capsule collections • Create graphics & motifs for sweaters & apparel • Create Layouts & Original Designs for Embroidery • Artwork Layout & Worksheets for Factories to Follow • Responsible for development samples from initial ideas to actual proto sample • Create tech packs using WebTech/PLM including measurements based on sketch design • Oversee Assistants and delegate tasks efficiently • Research current silhouettes, prints, and fabrics • Correspond with overseas factories in reference to sample development, fabric/trim sourcing, etc. • Approve fabric qualities, lab dips, and strike offs

• Design of pants, shorts, skirts, rompers, and jackets according to inspiration given by client and market trends. • Sample development from conception to actual sample. Creating technical packages in WebPDM, providing specs, details, fabric and trim information. • Correspond with overseas factories to source fabric, ensure garment sample accuracy, and track progress to meet deadlines. • Present the styles in each delivery to our client as displayed by a model; showing how each one is brand appropriate, fits trend and inspiration, and works with print and color story.

• Create flats in Illustrator and prepare tech packs. • Set up each garment in Apparel Magic computer system. • Prepare garment fit sheets for fittings. • Sketch ideas for new garments.

• Work with designers to create designs for different clients target markets. • Generate line sheets and tech packs for garments. • Preform marketing research and trend analysis. • Sketch garments and create detail pages.
