• Manage creative projects from brief submission through delivery of assets in post-production for all Fox categories.
• Determine project scope, schedule of milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Create job sheets via project management tool outlining project deliverables, specifications, and deadlines for hand-off to Design Team.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional groups for project success (Design, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Retail, and Visual Merchandising).
• Monitor and control project milestones and deliverables to meet or exceed deadline.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets through continuous verbal and written communication.
• Communicate status updates and align teams of project changes as they occur.
• Create and email out weekly status reports.
• Deliver complete project assets on time to internal groups and/or hand-off to Production Manager.
• Manage department calendars, including Seasonal, Video, etc.
• Manage asset requests from sales groups, regions, and other internal groups.
• Upload and/or transfer creative assets to online B2B library or via Fox FTP for outside access by dealers, sales reps, and other Fox regional offices, including seasonal imagery, logos, ads, workbooks, product photography, and activation assets. 
• Maintain server organization according to established server file naming organization and protocol.
• Log and route incoming department invoices, expense reports, and monthly credit card statements by obtaining approval, scanning, and hand-off to Accounting.
• Analyze results to improve future performance and make recommendations.
• Suggest new strategies to solidify best practices based on learnings.
• Research new project management tools and practices to improve current process. Implement and integrate.
• Other tasks as needed.

Marketing Project Manager

Help coordinated all the art flow in the art and marketing department.
-Manage the flow of all art projects for the teams in Marketing, Creative, Visuals and Merchandising.
-Maintain calendars for department art and ad
-Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence and art requests via email and phone.
-Make Sure various projects are processed, which include design, approval process and delivery.
-Meet Submissions for ad deadlines to various media.
-Develop and maintain projects time lines for all employees involved in the project.
-Answer questions and monitor all art submissions.
-Manage production of promotional items done with vendors (banners, posters, hat, tees and etc.)
-Deliver ads and creative assets to magazines.
-Be aware of shipping deadlines when creating art assets for the stores.

-Working directly with VP, Marketing and Innovation on branding and corporate initiatives.



Art/Marketing Traffic Manager
