Recruiter

? Responsible for all full life-cycle recruitment utilizing both in-house and agency sourcing efforts. ? Create and implement new hire on boarding procedures and orientation programs. ? Answer routine employee and HR team inquiries relating to benefit plans, payroll, policies and procedures. ? Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner. ? Manage termination processes as well as on boarding. ? Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status. ? Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure an organized and easily retrievable system for the maintenance of employee files. ? Assist Sr. HR Manager with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and all candidate communication. • Monitor candidate status and document correspondence in ATS (iCims). • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background investigations and drug screens (Talentwise). • Create offer letters and new employee records. • Manage job postings across all job boards. • Expense reporting and credit card reconciliation. • Research and coordinate career fairs for the department to attend. • Special projects as needed including sourcing, resume review, filing, and event support.
