Experienced Customer Service Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the recreation and
outdoor industry. Successful in recruiting and training Customer Service Reps, decreasing team member
attrition, achieving aggressive revenue budgets, and creating a world class programming and customer
experience.

- Manage race registration, athlete staging, and awards.
- Promote the development of High School Mountain bike teams by working to establish
and maintain safe, quality high school mountain bike programs in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico.

Production Crew

Lead a multifaceted team who supports warranty, consumer education, dealer support,
and ecommerce/digital platforms.
- Work in tandem with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to provide the best
possible customer experience
- Nimbly support all sales channels and provide feedback and support to improve the organizations understanding of the end-users and retail partner's needs.
- Introduce and launch processes and platforms to enhance customer experience,
communication, sales and education.

Manage the Aquatics department and oversee staff of 60 supervisors, coaches,
lifeguards, swim instructors, and assistant manager. Additionally, provide support to 5
Aquatics Departments in Colorado and Utah.
- Create a culture of care and retention and decrease team member turnover by 10-12%
year over year for 4+ years.
- Design and implement best practices for safety and outstanding programming that
become Standard Operating Procedures company wide.
- Manage business by achieving aggressive revenue goals and managing payroll within
established budgets.
