-Managing men’s division of Old Navy Outlet (+8% sales comp, +14% GM$ comp in 2017). -Responsible for merchandising all men’s Outlet exclusive product, as well as all Old Navy logo product in men’s division. -Managing financial plan and promotional strategies for division; parterning with IM quarterly pre-season and in-season. -Presenting seasonally any unique men’s Outlet exclusive products at key milestone meetings to gain leadership buy-in. -Working with production and design teams to ensure Outlet product meets Old Navy design filters and meets quarterly cost targets by class; approving samples with production as they come in. -Attending all weekly, midsight, and quarterly hindsights sales performance meetings, as the men’s Outlet expert to provide business highlights and information. -Partnering with visual team monthly to deliver specific direction for stores on exclusive product, including a “Logo shop” for the Trademark product in flagship doors.
