-Managing men’s division of Old Navy Outlet (+8% sales comp, +14% GM$ comp in
2017).
-Responsible for merchandising all men’s Outlet exclusive product, as well as all Old
Navy logo product in men’s division.
-Managing financial plan and promotional strategies for division; parterning with IM
quarterly pre-season and in-season.
-Presenting seasonally any unique men’s Outlet exclusive products at key milestone
meetings to gain leadership buy-in.
-Working with production and design teams to ensure Outlet product meets Old
Navy design filters and meets quarterly cost targets by class; approving samples
with production as they come in.
-Attending all weekly, midsight, and quarterly hindsights sales performance
meetings, as the men’s Outlet expert to provide business highlights and
information.
-Partnering with visual team monthly to deliver specific direction for stores on
exclusive product, including a “Logo shop” for the Trademark product in flagship
doors.

-Managed merchandise assortment for rvca.com and freestanding RVCA stores,
including chase opportunies and testing of new ideas/trends.
-Responsible for developing sales plans and OTB targets for both channels on a
seasonal basis with planners.
-Merchandised entire rvca.com website and managed seasonal photoshoots.
-Partnered with marketing and design teams to ensure key stories and campaigns
were featured both on rvca.com and in stores.
-Curated 3rd party products and brought new brands and categories to the stores.
-Attended all seasonal budget and sales meetings; attend weekly business meetings
to represent DTC sales.
-Assessed and managed inventory levels; executed transfers monthly with allocation
team; responsible for seasonal allocation strategies for retail store locations.

Buyer/Merchandiser

-Managed entire men’s Outlet channel (125 stores with $90 million+ annual sales).
-Responsible for buying and merchandising for all men’s categories (apparel and non-apparel).
-Worked closely with planner to determine additional sales opportunities, promotions, and seasonal exit strategies. 
-Worked with branded vendors for off-price opportunities and special outlet specific-SMUs.
-Worked with design and product development teams to develop margin-rich product; coordinated and executed end-of-season transfers from Core stores for pack & hold opportunities.


Associate Buyer, Men's Outlet

-Responsible for all merchandising of men’s product on pacsun.com ($30 million+ annual sales).
-Bought and assorted all “Online Exclusive” product (40% of total men’s online sales).
-Managed all categories (apparel, non-apparel, footwear).
-Developed online-only special programs such as Snow Shop.
