• Researches, writes, and edits communications pieces, including letters, news releases, and feature stories for clients • Writes and edits client publications, including external magazines and content for client social media channels • Assists in the creation and implementation of messaging for projects • Provides miscellaneous communication and business support to clients

- Maintains the Congresswoman’s official district schedule, travel plans, photographs, and related records - Briefs the Congresswoman on all scheduling activities from the district office - Collaborates on scheduling of press, interview, radio, and television time with the Communications Director - Organizes all in district meetings, constituent outreach events, roundtables, and social gatherings - Creates content for social media and e-newsletters - Writes thank you, congratulatory, welcome, and condolence letters for the Congresswoman’s approval
