My extensive skill set lies in successfully developing and following proper processes, while over seeing supplies. Throughout my experience I have personally made sure that my team can become adept in maximizing productivity, efficiency and overall performance working together as one. I am a person who considers skills such as time management, organization and planning to be of great value. I am able to adapt to changing environments while still keeping a positive outlook and optimistic character. My main objective while in Rancho was to own all Women department and business aspects, such as sales, loss and best selling trends. I was able to learn and grow with my SBL and my store VM weekly by reviewing all department revenue in order to determine our highest and lowest grossing items. We would collaborate as a whole to put our best vision for our store and customer in order to achieve our customers satisfaction. Communication, participation and creativity was my main focus and goal for the whole staff and store so that as a team we could effectively achieve our stores goals monthly.
Parts Advisor
Tesla2018 – 2019
Responsible for assisting Tesla approved Body shop in regards to parts related questions. This includes effectively communicating parts arrival and support for technical questions all while insuring customer satisfaction. Collaborated with Tesla’s internal teams to improve processes and provide feedback. Maintained records and data to support daily metric goals. Planned and prioritized with management to meet dead lines and at any time was able to perform all other duties to help the team where needed.

Responsible of all employees to have all product fully available for our customers. Backstage procedures that entail working with software such as net suite, and home built programs by Enjoy technology. Such as Katana, Samurai, Expert App and Honey. Also worked directly with AT&T and their Opus software. Provided safe and secure vehicles to our employees so that they are able to deliver orders on time and efficiently. Responsible for all products in warehouse and maintained a weekly count of all product and supplies.

Responsible for keeping and all merchandise organized and neat, making sure all merchandise is processed properly and efficiently, as well as making sure that all merchandise is accurately ticketed. Deliver the upmost customer service to our clients, by assisting with phone calls and redirecting them to the correct department. Provide a strong knowledge of our store and what Apple can offer them to better suit our customers needs. I can perform basic date entry functions while using our product and maintain a high level of confidentiality of our product and our customer.
