- Developed operational procedures and processes for the launch and grand opening of Netflix's "Squid Game: The Trials Experience"
- Developed foundational documentation for the traveling experience, including the Standard Operating Procedure Handbook and the Host and Staff scripts which listed the Netflix-approved language and demeanor.
- Planned, coordinated and executed all staff training and education seminars and modules for over 150 employees.
- Wrote staffing plans and shift schedules for all operational staff across three divisions.
- Working alongside the onsite General Manager as well as the respective Production and Operations teams in building, developing, and managing all in-experience operations.

Assistant General Manager

- Redesigned all warehouse & fulfillment operations, both within the department and all feeding departments, including account management, customer service, e-commerce, production, finance, and marketing, accounting for over 200 employees.
- Budgeted, planned, and executed the outfitting of a brand-new warehouse for both e-commerce and wholesale operations.
- Efficiently moved warehouse locations, relocating over one million SKUs, significantly cutting staffing costs.
- Expedited order processing time from 10+ business days to 24 hours by defining and measuring KPIs to gain insights, identify performance gaps, and accelerate improvement.
- Worked with clients such as Concord Music Group, Freddie Gibbs, Brand New, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

Senior Director of Operations 

- Rose through the ranks to Vice President of Operations in less than three years after joining the start-up as Warehouse Lead at its inception as the third employee ever hired.
- Partnered with the executive team in defining and delivering upon the overall strategic approach of the company, including warehouse and fulfillment, sales, client relations, customer service, production, and marketing, shaping both short and long-term decision-making for over 120 employees.
- Led the sales team in generating 10+ figures of annual gross revenue by conducting market research, translating data & consumer trends into actionable intelligence for them to support strategic planning
- Worked directly with clients such as Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Lil Dicky, Ninja, Sumerian Records, SharpTone Records, and Danny Duncan.
