Marketing Project Manager

Project Management

• Manage the flow and process of all marketing print, digital, product, website, and procurement projects for all of the National Title and Escrow companies under our umbrella, while tracking workloads & delegating to the team, upwards of 50+ projects a month.
• Own and oversee all new requests, changes, and orders, collecting assets, specs, etc., ensuring design has what they need upfront, while keeping everything steadily moving from concept to completion.
• Directly responsible for all corporate stationery, business card, promo items, award program needs, working closely with multiple vendors for quotes and processing orders.
• Work directly with vendors to set up online print portals to help with efficiency in processing print orders coming from dozens of business units and sales reps.
• Developed and implemented processes for managing projects, collecting approvals, as well as researched and implemented a strong project management tool to better our efficiency.
• Design and edit graphics and materials using Publisher, Illustrator, and InDesign to step in and help when designers were busy or had firm deadlines on higher priority projects.
• Assisted with planning out and executing multiple company rebrands, scheduling out all new assets, updating materials, apps, procurement items, etc.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings as well as quarterly social media content planning meetings, establishing topics & timing for upcoming campaigns.
• Responsible for proofreading everything that comes in and out of design before sending for approvals.
• Solely responsible for the project management program, entering in the request details, content/copy, attaching needed files, setting deadlines, delegating tasks according to workloads, and creating reports as requested, while prioritizing based on the needs of the company.
• Personally created and implemented a structured filing system for the marketing team to keep files organized and easy to find, creating new folders as needed.
• Responsible for training new marketing team members on processes, the project management program, and filing system, and providing tutorial documents, as part of their on-boarding process.
• Work closely with numerous cross-functional departments, enabling constant communication among all team members and scheduling ‘round-table’ meetings as needed that

Contractor with 24Seven:
• Manage the flow and process of all technical projects, implementation, and support requests across multiple stakeholders; each with a customized platform workflow and/or portal.
• Collaborate with CEO and developer team to gather project scope details, discuss strategies, and establish complexity and timelines.
• Monitor all project deliverables according to timelines, proactively checking in, tracking workloads and delegating requests to the team accordingly.
• Oversee and drive all aspects of execution, identifying and solving problems that could otherwise cause a delay, and assuring the projects are delivered with the expected value.
• Provide regular status updates, communicating priorities, project milestones, and deployment schedules; as well as scheduling meetings or calls as needed to discuss risks, discovery details, or upcoming projects.

Sr. Project Manager

• Manage the flow and process of all Marketing projects and collateral for Radiology, Oncology, HR, Benefits, Field Mktg, and Operations; while tracking workloads & delegating to the team.
• Own and oversee all new requests, assets, specs, changes, and orders; as well as website updates and emails, keeping them steadily moving from concept to completion.
• Directly responsible for all Corporate stationery, business card, swag items, award program needs, Lab Coat orders, working closely with multiple vendors for quotes and processing orders.
• Developed and implemented processes for managing projects, collecting legal approvals, as well as researching, quoting, and demo web-based software to better our efficiency.
• Work closely with numerous cross-functional departments, enabling constant communication among all team members with weekly meetings that include pertinent information of each project; to ensure delivery of projects in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage the flow and production of all website content updates, campaigns, and projects; while keeping momentum and velocity high with accuracy, efficiency, and focus to meet the department & company goals and objectives.
• Review & assess project requirements; log and assign requests, build project timelines based on resources available, delegate to creative and development/production team, monitor production process from planning, development testing to successful release.
• Communicate status, changes, and risks to all respective team members; keeping management team up to date with any issues, revised timelines, and solutions.
• Track project progress and report on daily and weekly basis to business and project owners through project logs, status updates, production calendars, as well as running daily morning team meetings and weekly dept. Meetings.
• Day-to-day support and maintenance of new and existing deployments, content management workflow, including updates & approvals
