Camouflage Everyday. I conceptually created a multi-piece Hunting product line; suiting all Hunters in every climate. The "TT PULSE" line was designed and brought to market within 3 months. The new apparel, gloves, footwear; products revolutionized True Timber's product offering. _ Architecture of the True Timber Brand plans for TT Pulse Hunting Line by communicating a clear product strategy direction incorporating consumer & market insights, as well insight from hunting pro-staff. _Negotiated & Secured product placement for True Timber Pulse Hunting line @ 85 Bass Pro’s & 80 Cabela’s US and Canada locations. Expanded to Sportsman Warehouse. _ Introduced New supply chain costs & margins; optimizing GP from 38% - 62% _Led all product lines across all product categories, with a laser focus on brand vision alignment and team development _Grew sales in a 6-month period by 50% and posted 75% growth in calendar year 1 _750% growth in year 3 and beyond…

I served as the Category Leader Expert and lead the product creation meetings.
