Maintain Student confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential; meet in person, place courtesy calls and emails to check up on students who are dealing with personal issues.Compose documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases. Contact potential sites for students going into externship; coordinate meetings, etc. Schedule all up and coming events in Student Services, and externship Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.

Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
