My professional journey is driven by a passion for sustainability and transformative business development. I specialize in identifying and securing strategic partnerships that enhance sustainability efforts and foster innovation in circular fashion. With a strong background in IT consulting and a focus on climate mitigation, I aim to leverage technology and strategic planning to create impactful solutions that address the pressing environmental issues of our time. My goal is to inspire and lead organizations toward a more sustainable and responsible future.

At BFG Lab, my focus is on driving sustainability through circular strategies, leveraging my expertise in reverse logistics and manufacturing process improvement. I have curated impactful events, strengthened client strategies, and introduced pivotal technology partnerships, resulting in millions of dollars of pipeline business for clients and significant environmental benefits.

Previously, as Senior Director of Partnerships at Helpsy, I managed a cross-functional team to secure strategic partnerships, contributing to net new profit and substantial revenue growth. My leadership in B-Corps auditing and the development of an impact calculator exemplify a commitment to measurable sustainability outcomes. Fluent in French and Spanish, I continue to forge global relationships that advance circularity in fashion and beyond.

Business and Strategy Consultant--Circularity & Sustainability 

•	Generated net new profit, grew revenue and managed end-to-end sales pipeline.
•	Managed cross-functional teams (including sales) and successfully negotiated and secured strategic partnerships with key industry players.
•	Forged relationships with several government agencies and non-profits.
•	Spearheaded B-Corps auditing task force and created employee sustainability training.
•	Led product development for an impact calculator to measure water and carbon use for B2B clients and the company’s impact report.

Senior Director of Partnerships and Impact 

•	Created a successful consortium program in collaboration with Eileen Fisher, fostering 30+ strategic partnerships with renowned institutions and organizations.
•	Partnered with Brown University’s Environmental Science department to offer a research course on fashion’s climate impact.
•	Collaborated with Barnard College, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, World Resources Institute and Patagonia on a multi-day public education event focused on the circular economy. The event drew over 5,000 attendees and was featured in the Wall Street Journal. 
•	Selected and appointed 4 board members and 8 advisory council members.

Founder

•	Built brand equity by fostering partnerships with 50+ leading sustainable fashion brands including Eileen Fisher, Mara Hoffman, Reformation, and Patagonia 
•	Organized disparate team of 60 + volunteers across 20 cities to create a cohesive team that executed local sustainability education initiatives. 
•	Created a nationwide program for college students to develop and host on campus events about fashion’s environmental and social impact.
