• Conducted all aspects of team development and assisted with the
interviewing and hiring processes
• In my leadership role, I was most recently in charge of educator happiness:
this included creating and developing relationships with the team through
goal-setting, team-building exercises, community enrollment, coaching, and
in-the-moment feedback
• Managed all operations of a fast-paced, upscale athletic apparel company
with a team of 15 full-time employees and 17 seasonal employees
• Managed inventory operations and oversaw three successful Black Friday
events with initial goals to produce $76,000 in sales. With strategic planning
and organization, the team consistently exceeded this goal by close to 63%
by bringing in single-day sales of $120,000

RETAIL MANAGEMENT

• Created and fostered relationships with Influencers, local studios, and
vendors in the community that continue to be health and mindfully-focused
• Created experiences for guests and Influencers, that built into lululemon's
quarterly global campaigns and had a strong focus on ROI and brand
relevance
• Developed a Social Run Club in South Bay: powerfully enrolled the store
team, Influencers, and guests through a self-created community page, social
media channels and in-store advertisements that resulted in over 30-40
attendees each month
• Communicated and collaborated with Visual Merchandising and Inventory
teams on community strategy to create a seamless in-store guest experience

COMMUNITY STRATEGIST

• Managed a 60-table restaurant and in-store marketplace averaging an annual
revenue of $15 million
• Once a week I would assist with corporate administrative responsibilities. These
responsibilities included payroll, communicating with 100+ vendors, filing and
organizing company documents, audits on vendor pricing, and both state and
federal legal compliance checks regarding paperwork and protocols
• Designed and executed a detailed host training program for all new hires
• Assisted with the organization and distribution of annual Thanksgiving catering
program that consistently saw 750+ orders yearly
• Managed a team of 25 employees while maintaining a well-organized workflow
to create a great guest experience
• Started off as a server and advanced into management after the first month
due to prior successful restaurant management experience
