Responsible for development of women’s and youth technical outerwear • Work with design and merchandising to develop outerwear with strict guidelines on calendar dates and pricing • Responsible for trim management, print development, fabric development, and fabric lab dips for men’s, women’s, and youth outerwear on top of my day to day development responsibilities • Work directly with overseas outerwear, fleece, and accessory vendors and print and fabric mills and suppliers • Work with our compliance team to ensure testing is completed on a garment level and to outerwear standards • Travel to China and Taiwan to review garments in person 1-2 times a year. Responsible for overseeing all trim sourcing and development • Directly worked with IT to create and implement attributes in PLM to reduce BOM errors, review trims more efficiently, and simplify our programming for other users • Direct savings from trim sourcing strategies- denim and boardshorts have averaged about a 40% savings on trim packages • Managed seven trims suppliers while coordinating with all company vendors to ensure quality and production lead times of thousands of trims • Worked directly with our compliance team to ensure trims were being tested to the according standards

Responsible for selection, management, and purchasing of uniforms, as well as on mountain lift operations • Rebuilt the entire Squaw Valley uniform program. We went from uniforms that had been in existence since 1960 to a brand new program for 1,200+ employees, updating to Helly Hansen products. Worked directly with ski patrol and mountain operations to ensure quality and appropriate technologies for heavy daily use • While rebuilding the uniform program, I learned extensively about fabric technologies, seam taping, measurements, and alterations to accommodate all on-mountain employees • Worked two years in lift operations where I discovered needs and solutions to my own day to day wear and exhaustion of technical outerwear. I also interacted will all guests and gained an understanding of different levels of our customers wants and needs in snow apparel
