We went from uniforms that had been in existence since 1960 to a brand new program for 1,200+ employees, updating to Helly Hansen products. Worked directly with ski patrol and mountain operations to ensure quality and appropriate technologies for heavy daily use • While rebuilding the uniform program, I learned extensively about fabric technologies, seam taping, measurements, and alterations to accommodate all on-mountain employees • Worked two years in lift operations where I discovered needs and solutions to my own day to day wear and exhaustion of technical outerwear.
