·  Wealth of knowledge on performance fabrics, knits, wovens, denim, screen printing, 
 digital printing, trims
· Create and maintain all style information by season in a system that makes sense and 
 is helpful to all involved (style name/number, color code, description, delivery date, 
 wholesale/retail)
· Manage and update all tech pack information while clearly communicating this 
 information factories
· Manage fittings to keep a consistent fit across styles
· Communicate all corrections/approvals on fabrics, print strike offs, press checks, trim 
 development
· Submit seasonal Margin reports/cost sheets to maintain healthy margins
· Consistently sourcing in multiple locations to achieve best place in the world to 
 produce while taking into account Quality, Lead time, & Cost w/ Duty and Freight 
 charges
· Background in attending trade shows for sourcing & sales
· Develop and manage Time & Action calendars to clearly communicate status on a by 
 style basis
·Creates clear channels of communication between departments to help foster new ideas
