Manage a team of 4, ensuring each team member meets productivity 
standards, as well as write and deliver annual performance reviews.

Provide department training to staff in the following areas: Packing and

and apply procedural improvements. 

Set up and take down for off-site events, such as book fairs and author
signings. This included packing and transporting product to and from 
the event, and ensuring there was no shrink.
